Verjetno nekdanji hlev oz. gospodarski objekt, povezan s širšo rabo Jožmanovega mlina in kmetijskega posestva. Gre za enega najstarejših objektov na posestvu, saj je evidentiran že v franciscejskem katastru iz leta 1824, njegova masivna kamnita gradnja pa dodatno potrjuje njegovo zgodovinsko starost in izvor.Likely a former stable or farm building tied to the broader use of the Jožman Mill and the estate. It is one of the oldest buildings on the estate, already recorded in the Franciscean cadastre of 1824; its massive stone construction further confirms its historical age and origin.
Nasproti mlina stoji niz gospodarskih objektov — kozolec, kamnita klet, kašča in skedenj — ki skupaj z atrijem med skednjem in kaščo merijo cca. 230 m² bruto površine.Opposite the mill stands a row of farm buildings — a hayrack, a stone cellar, a granary and a barn — which, together with the atrium between the barn and granary, measure approx. 230 m² of gross area.

Jožmanov mlin izvira iz 18. stoletja in velja za enega najstarejših ohranjenih mlinov na reki Krki, zato je razumljivo, da ima status kulturnega spomenika. Njegov lastnik Jershe (Joshman) Mathia je skupaj z mlinom oblikoval posest, ki je že vrisana v Franciscejskem katastru iz leta 1824:The Jožman Mill dates back to the 18th century and is considered one of the oldest preserved mills on the Krka river, so its status as a cultural monument is well deserved. Its owner, Jershe (Joshman) Mathia, shaped the estate together with the mill — already mapped in the Franciscean cadastre of 1824:

Posebnost mlina je bila izjemna tehnična zasnova s kar sedmimi podlivnimi vodnimi kolesi, kar je za tisti čas predstavljalo skoraj industrijsko stopnjo predelave žita in ga uvršča med najpomembnejše tehniške spomenike na reki Krki.The mill’s distinguishing feature was an exceptional technical design with as many as seven undershot water wheels — for its time an almost industrial scale of grain processing, placing it among the most important technical monuments on the Krka river.

Velika prednost projekta je, da kulturnovarstveni režim velja predvsem za Jožmanov mlin in staro kamnito klet. Ostali objekti niso zaščiteni kot kulturni spomeniki, zato je ZVKDS izrecno potrdil možnost njihove odstranitve ter gradnje novih, sodobnih objektov na istih lokacijah ob ohranitvi obstoječih gabaritov.A major advantage of the project is that the heritage-protection regime applies mainly to the Jožman Mill and the old stone cellar. The other buildings are not protected as cultural monuments, so the ZVKDS has explicitly confirmed the option of removing them and constructing new, modern buildings on the same locations while preserving the existing dimensions.
